There are people replacing the tires, wheels, doing the alignment, wheel balancing and stuff for multiple times but still no results. It might not be soley related to tires I think.

TL;DR: BMW forbids the trick in newer softwares.

Recent changes made by BMW to the engine software cause this coding not having an effect any longer and at the moment there is no fix available unfortunately...
Everything is working great on my car (mine is a MT so just basic CC) and the seller told me they managed the ACC as well, which means it's a 100% retrofit w/o any compromise.
I didn't torque it to stock spec for sure but the torque is probably irrelevant, because I tried lossening the bolt with stock steering wheel and it didn't help.
