Surely they would not offer the manual for the 2.0 and not the 3.0. From a company that seems decently logical, Id have a hard time wrapping my head around that.

I don't think that I would. Just not much interest in the 2.0. Perhaps some would though. Maybe make a manual for both. Like the Turbo MKIV and NA MKIV.
