Just look at cars.com. There's 4 on there right now more than 3k off msrp. You can ship anywhere in the country enclosed for ~1000. If you stalk cars.com you'll see cars come up for 5-6k off but they only last a couple of hours. That's how I got my refraction at 4k off.

I'm not sure how light you're wanting to go but usually there's a correlation between very light wheels and very many doll hairs. ESR RF2's come in bronze and (I think) are lighter than stock by a tiny bit. They look good and are ~$1100-1200.
