I went with a custom bottom mount G35-1050 setup so that I can use the HKS intake. This setup also will fit the OEM intake if you want that stealth look.

He does all the work from his garage. He's a one man shop for the CF work. If you give him a shout, he can get you sorted (hopefully).

Nothing mechanical was off. I drove to Denver on the way back across country and had Payn tune the car. Same fuel in and out; night and day difference in power. John does fantastic R&D but the man is super busy and never got tuning done in a time that worked for both of us. I'll just leave it...

No stock tune fast (meaning not much difference) and worse fuel consumption.

I've had a few local guys have similar experiences with Kinetic. I have since gone to Ted Booker at Books Performance and have had nothing but great things to say about him and his work.

Any of those type of metal frame and quasi-enclosed intakes are gonna heat up more than OEM or the Eventuri/HKS intakes. If you want to keep temps down, stick with OEM. Since you want the spiny turbo boi noises (I mean, why don't you), then I would suggest either of the enclosed intakes (such...

It fits the large OEM intake without any issues. It fits fine with my HKS intake and my older MST intake.
