Eh. Thats literally the same argument my buddy has with shooting corrosive ammo though his AK. To me it just seems like a bad idea if you're trying to keep the car in optimal condition.
Its really all about the configuration, if configured right they're spot on. Though its way too easy to inflate numbers by changing temp, tire size, weight, and gearing
Did some logging after flashing OTS tune + downpipe and came out with these numbers. Dynojet reads close to 450wheel. Overall a nice 80hp bump over stock
Personally I undid the vclamp from the top and tapped it off when I went underneath the car. Also took me about 2 hours to swap the downpipe. Don't forget to swap over the gasket or you'll be hating yourself lol
