You could also do what I did and rent a C8 off Turo for the day. I've always liked/loved the C8, but it was a bit more money than I wanted to spend when I was looking to buy 3 years ago. They still do catch my eye, and I think overall they look great. Trying one for myself, on roads I know well...
Heh, my previous car was an Alfa Giulia Quad too. And even though both cars have electric power steering, the Alfa is just in a different league in that regard.
While many of my gripes are solvable with aftermarket solutions (more composed suspension, better looking steering wheel, confident horn), the one thing that will always bother me is the relative lack of steering feel. Yes, the steering is accurate, and the car turns in beautifully, but the...
I have a 2021 car with the AA downpipe and everything else stock. I can't say I've noticed anything discernable power wise, although it's been hot AF in TX this summer so maybe the butt dyno will say something different as it cools down.
TBH, it hasn't even really done much in terms of sound...
I had to chuckle that one of the selling points of the Weissach Pack for the newly announced 992 GT3 RS is "magnetic paddle shifters". That pack is optional for an additional low low $33,250!
FWIW I Plastidiped the area behind the hood vents. 4k miles and 20 track sessions later and it still looks perfect.

Looks as good as the day I put it on. But my car has probably only gained 4k miles, rarely sees rain, and spends most of the time in a garage. I have done probably 20 track sessions though, so it’s def gotten warm.
What's the danger in getting one of the resistor specs wrong on the PCBs? Not saying that ECO-LAP hasn't done the math right, but I'm just curious. Shifting obv wouldn't work, but any chance of more destructive damage to other systems?
I LOVE that you're attempting this! ECO-LAP is one of my favorite YT channels, and I saw this one of his a while back. The paddle shifter action on our cars is the absolute worst of any sports car I've owned in the 10 years I've been driving non-manuals (the Alfa Giulia Quad had the best in case...
