Well, i ran the one i have for sale, and it worked as advertised. Only selling bc I wanted to be able to log and change tunes via my phone. Very simple, and definitely a power difference.
The JB4 gives it a bit of extra grunt. If it matches the z4, which it should...looking at 435-440 WHP on 93 oct. Beyond that, wait for standalone or the eventual leak of the encryption keys.
If you prefer to row gears, stay where you are. If you like the unique aesthetics and attention that comes with the supra, go for it. The ZF8 is rock solid trans. I haven't lost a drop of oil to my knowledge, but I also haven't accrued many miles yet. I bought the supra bc I think its the...
The 3jz post was April fools iirc. The z will be a nice performance hang for buck, but going to be chinsey inside with a super ugly front end. Donāt get me wrong, itāll be cool for the same reasons as a mustang gt, but also uncool for the same reasons as a mustang gt. 400 crank hp isnāt...
Talked to Kyle at Titan, they dont really know what these make on the dyno, but I was told up to map 5 should see gains on a 21/stock car...6/7 for downpiped cars.
Anyone have info on compatibility with the 21 model and the protune? I have it hooked up and I get no errors, seems quicker, but would love to know if it actually is...and what the gains are. I would assume similar to the 93 oct tune with the jb4. I am running on map 3...not sure if that is...
Not to hijack, but are you running the protune on a 21? Any idea what the power is like? I just installed it and seat of pants says map 3 is a solid improvement from stock, but I donāt know for sure the 21 is even mapped right.
Ill dig this thread up, see if there is anyone running the titan protune on a 2021. Curious what setting you are running and if there is any dyno info out there.
sorry, but opening with " Use the search feature on the forum. " implies I didn't, sorry to get triggered, but that attitude irks me. Telling someone to search, isn't much help.
