Have been waiting since mid August for my 3.0 Premium Renaissance Red. DC area. Got a delivery date of Dec. 8 which has now been pushed back to Dec 13-15.

Was able to put down a deposit for a 22 3.0 Premium about 4 weeks ago. (They are giving me MSRP). I checked in with them and Toyota has yet to process the order. 4-8 more weeks is the estimate. Seeing how things are going, I'll be lucky if its here before the new year.

@obito Damn only a week to wait? Did they initially quote you a longer time? My guy still is telling me 8-12 weeks if not more due to toyota announcing they are cutting production by 40% next month.

Went ahead and put a deposit down with Passport Toyota in Suitland. They were no nonsense and guaranteed me MSRP. After calling around, in today's climate it will virtually impossible to get under MSRP until shortages are resolved (anyone's guess when that will be).

The deposit is $500 and should be refundable so not a big deal to me. I just want to make sure I get first dibs - doesn't seem like this supply shortage will be ending anytime soon.

Got it. Yeah I have reached out to Darcars in Silver Spring who is willing to place the order for me with a refundable deposit. Going to reach out and make sure they can commit to MSRP. Will try Ourisman as well, thanks.
