  1. All-new 2023 Nissan Z makes world debut!

I can find advantages to every other car you named except for the Z, that's all. And I've owned multiple Z's. I'm not telling anyone how to spend their $ but I'm allowed to think they're nuts for doing so and vice-versa. Personally I understand G82 over C8 and MkV/G87 over Dark Horse but not...
  2. All-new 2023 Nissan Z makes world debut!

Just goes to show how clueless they've been pricing this thing from the start. The fact that someone is probably going to end up paying $100k+ for a new Nissan not called GT-R is mind boggling. Hope no one already did that with the Proto. Even at $65k they'll be second guessing their purchase...
  3. Will Supra be getting the gen 3 B58?

    The G87 wins the drag race at 1:20 in the savagegeese vid. All cars on the same tires. Below are C&D's test results for both the G87 and Supra. G87 6MT - 12.2 @ 118 mph Supra 6MT - 12.4 @ 114 mph G87 auto - 11.7 @ 122 mph '21 Supra - 12.1 @ 117 mph The driver/owner of the M2 shared some...
  4. Daily car for around 10k

You had it right all along. Pre LCI 335i coupe is the correct answer ;) Seriously though, for $10k-$11k the mileage is likely to be over 100k and you'd want some extra $ set aside to address issues that the previous owner probably didn't bother with which pretty much defeats the purpose of...
  5. Extremely weird thing happened to My MT Supra

It's more likely to happen with certain BMW shift knobs as some don't want to "click" in as well as others. The factory knob on my car never flew off like this. Ran a different BMW knob for the next 100k miles that really clicked in when you pressed down on it and it never came off once. I...
  6. The all-new BMW 2 Series Coupé (G42) + M2

. Yeah, I really dig this design. I plan on having one next to my 335i, VN and GRC. I have a deposit in for a GRC but it's probably going to take a while to get to me. I'm not in a huge rush for the M2 so I'd just as soon wait for the LCI and do it right the first time.

  9. Nissan Z vs Toyota Supra

This is what I'm thinking too. Still interested to see what they do with it but can't imagine it being worth the price of admission. I won't completely write it off until it actually exists but I'm leaning towards a G87 now.
  10. Nissan Z vs Toyota Supra

😆 I haven't really thought about it because the last car I bought was in 2015, but I see my credit union now offers 125% financing on a new car instead of 100% previously. I would think ADM is the very reason as historically they wouldn't lend over MSRP.
  11. Nissan Z vs Toyota Supra

Some good points for sure 😅... 24% interest on a car 💀 In all seriousness the last car I got through NMAC was at 0% for 60 but if someone is willing to pay 24% on a car or really anything for that matter then they are probably past saving. I was barely happy with 3.125% on a 30 year fixed in 2020.
  12. The All-New GR Corolla World Premiere April 1, 2022

I'm with you, generally I don't see a point unless you are hauling or towing very often. My dad has always owned 1/2 tons for his business, but for him now it's more of a matter of what he's comfortable with and feeling safe since he's in his 70's. A pickup wasn't going to help us when we...
  13. The All-New GR Corolla World Premiere April 1, 2022

Same here. I was into Nissan and Honda cars when I was younger and never really cared for this style of hatchback. I think all the racing games and Top Gear have helped them grow on me over the years. Certain ones I absolutely love now. If you want the benefits of a hatch, a manual transmission...

AMG A45 isn't available in the US. I also doubt they ever came with a manual.
