So suspension, brakes, better wheels/tires, intake, and catback. Sounds like it tackles most of the complaints about the standard version and may actually be acceptable on a track. Who knows, it might finally be able to keep up with a stock Supra. Unfortunately with all of those changes, I suspect it'll carry a $70k MSRP, not including dealer markups.

The Nismo is going to be awesome! I wish they did something visually aside from the wheels to distinguish it from the standard model, though.

Wow a strut-brace lol. Supra's better be scared lol :) At 70K+$ you can get an M2..............late to party this entire Z effort is lol. Sad.

If Nissan really cared they would have done more sooner but they are broke financially. They sell boxes not sportscars.

Via the Nissan Z forum. The meltdown continues for this 'new' Z. Pathetic by Nissan.

No. QC stoppage is until further notice. Nobody knows. Of the 10 real allocations at my dealership almost all the confirmed orders cancelled their cars due to price and rate and lack of performance. When I saw the Bros4Speed review of the nose of the Z bobbing around I said enough is enough. My 370Z Stillen was way more of a car than this one.
West Aussie replied:
They have totally screwed up….if so many of us, the truly keen enthusiasts are cancelling orders how many of just the regular interested guys are

Gotta go down as one of the biggest flops of car launches of all time

I don't think that these particular dyno results are comparable based on the correction factor standard used (SAE vs STD).

Yeah... Not exactly apples to apples since STD is 2.x% higher than SAE; however, the 0 vs 5 Smoothing can make a bigger difference than that.

I think it's obvious that the Supra performs better just purely based on real world on the track results, but when comparing dyno results it's important to use the same metrics for comparison.
You're absolutely right. After I saw the IG post, I looked for the Supra dyno result, grabbed the first one, just checked for dynojet didn't even realize the std difference. Thanks for pointing it out.
