I agree. I daily a 15 year old Honda and it's gearbox (even after all this use) is light years beyond the Supra. Having said this, the transmission in the manual Supra isn't particularly bad (other than the 1-2 shift*) but it is just disappointing to see how far behind it is compared to decades...

You're going to miss that gearbox: All those the Supra gearbox is the best I have ever used comments are just code for I have never actually used a properly good manual gearbox.

The M2 honestly doesn't look that bad in real life. It's certainly no Supra but it's actually better than you might think. And the M2s interior really leaves our cars for dead. Umm.. am I missing something? I just had my JB+ equipped MT on a dyno and it recorded 313kW and 550Nm of torque running 98RON (ULP93). That's around 420hp and 405ft-lb, right? Now I know dyno figures aren't directly comparable but at face value, I have to wonder if a trip to Femto + catless...
