So I know there's some codes for the catless downpipe. But does anyone know the 1026A3 code? To my understanding it mentions the intake around the MAF sensor but my intake hasn't been touched. I did get an alignment today however and it started happening on the highway. I checked the hoses / maf sensor for the intake and it's still all plugged in. Any suggestions?

Take it back to whoever touched it last. I don’t believe in coincidences

They're so far away and don't work on weekends. If it's something I can fix at home I can do so. Any other tips?

1. I would suggest to top off your fuel with 93 octane. This could be do to a poor air/fuel mix.

6. intake manifold could be contaminated by a back fire

5. make sure the sensor is getting 5v to it

4. Unplug the battery, wait 10 min and plug it back in.

2. Check to see there is no oil on the sensor.

3. check to see if the wires are okay.

7. PCM fail?

numbers are a list of what to check first to last.

Now that I think about it.. I did fill up on the 91 near the shop. It may have been a bad batch of gas.. hmm. May try an octane booster tomorrow. Quick thinking!

Assuming you don’t have the 2.0. You really should only be putting 93 octane in the car.
I think the standard stock fuel lines can handle an e30 blend as well

Oh wow. Do you have access anywhere to e85? Maybe make a small blend?
really don’t know tbh.
I do :) tons of e85 stations around here. I also have flex fuel installed but Mikey Botti is like 8 months out so I guess no tune for a year.

I threw in 6oz of octane booster(probably snake oil). Cleared the code, drove around for about 10 miles code hasn't come back. Will report in 50 miles :).
