With the HKS Height Adjustable Spring (HAS) kit you mean? With those, they will fit that wheel and tire spec since you have more inner room with those over the stock spring.

Camber has 100% nothing to do with tire/wheel to strut clearance. That stays 100% the same no matter the camber setting as the whole hub/strut/wheel moves together. It does however, give you more tire to fender clearance as it brings the top of the tire inboard with negative camber.
