Am I asking too much? I figured given downshift blue is one of the rarest colours/hardly any for sale that it should get more than the common colours.

Nobody really gets what they're asking for in a car, you just have to wait for the right guy that wants it. List it somewhere a Canadian would see it....

It'll be at least another year before a GRMN model comes out, you have plenty of time.

You can buy a brand new car loaded for that price.
It's a 2020. What is the loan value as well. You have to think of that.
More like mid 50s would get you a sale.

Good luck.

2020’s can be fully flash tuned. Depending who is buying it, it maybe worth it to them. Especially a rare color. Good luck with sale!!

When he posted this ( 6 months ago) the market was dropping but he wasn’t that far off. Summer of 22 I had 2 legit offers of 65k for my DownShift blue 2020. I’m not selling anytime soon.. Now yeah probably mid 50’s if he is lucky. With out the “Covid market” a 2020 realistically would be a low 40’s high 30’s car.

39k? Without the COVID market? That would be highway robbery, especially low mileage.

Before covid hit people were picking these up OTD around 50k, you think a 3 year old car before covid wouldnt have lost a fifth of the price? Easy. i think you guys are just forgetting what prices and the used car market was before covid. General rule of thumb back then was after a year a car was about 80% of its value, after 2 around 70, after 3 58-60% A 2020 when new base was less then 50k, premium less then 54k.

If you guys think a 50k car would've sold for more than 40-42k I'd like to get what yall are smoking. I love our Supra's and all, but this market is only because of Covid and inflation. A 2020 especially a base model wouldn't be tapping 40k. Also, I believe if it wasn't for the covid market we wouldn't be seeing anywhere close to the mark ups we see now. People were easily OTD for MSRP or less in mid 2020's

Safe to say Inflation is the new norm now. So pre whatever is automatically disqualified unfortunately. It ain't going nowhere.

I 1000% agree, I think where this guy was at when he posted wasnt that far off what they were going for. And still could get 50-52k for it now. All i was saying we are lucky that the market is where it is, without it we would have high 30's low 40's.
