Lack of HUD on the A91 was pretty much the singular reason I didn't go for that model. Color was gorgeous.

Who cares about the HUD? I rented a Supra with HUD and didn’t even care for it. When you have a digital speedometer clearly showing your speed in the instrument cluster, a HUD has no purpose. It’s basically a gimmick.

Exactly. A speedo 2 inches above another speedo. Big deal.

I would much rather have a tach on a HUD. Or shift lights. At least that'll help on track where it benefits keeping your eyes on the road. A HUD in day to day traffic is useless and nothing more than the aforementioned gimmick.

I would pay to get the thing display a tach. The nav turn display is nice, but again, drivers have to avoid being too distracted by it. I’m actually glad it’s in the car, but like me in high school, I think it can be characterized as unfulfilled potential.
