Hi!

There is a thing that is bothering me since I started to look for catback. In this case scenario (MagnaFlow catback) what is happening to exhaust gases in this section of catback when You have normal mode and valve is closed? I was sure that oem catback has link in rear muffler from right exhaust tip to left one so when You have normal mode exhaust gases can leave catback via left tip. But a lot of catback don't have that link so i started to wonder if this is bad for Your engine when You drive a lot with valve closed in this scenario (picture)

No it's not bad for the engine.

It will make a difference in how dirty the exhaust tips look however.

But those are black tips.

So it's whatever.

Also, IMHO you should be in Sport always. Even if someone is saying it's too loud.

Get the AWE touring, perfect exhaust with no needs for valves.

If you want valves, we have Borla. :D
