Does anyone here know if adding a Big Brake kit would affect the radar cruise control?

Only if you replace the rears. If you replace the rear, you will lose the adaptive cruise control. The strangely uses the rear brake to slow the car.

Really it uses the rears?
Yup. You also lose e-brake with a rear caliper upgrade I believe for the same reasons. I could be wrong about that though, but I'm pretty sure most of the kits I looked at mentioned something to that effect.

there are some kits that retain the servo motor that is used for the rear brakes.... one of them is the "R1 concept"

Nice. I thought I'd seen one or two that did, but when I did a search I couldn't find any. I would assume using that also retains adaptive cruise then.
