Best rear tire for stock wheels

I have a ‘23 3.0 on stock PSS rn, looking to get something more grippy that won’t wear out in 5k miles but can also last 10k miles with some spirited driving. If they fill in the wheel gap, that’s a plus as well.

I’m currently on H&R springs with 15 mm spacers on the rear.

Any suggestions? I was mainly looking into 285s-305s but I know 305s aren’t recommended on stock wheels.

What oil should I use?
My rear diff is dripping one drop of oil every time I park it. Do I take it to BMW or Toyota?

PS4S or Conti Extreme 02s... Seems to be the move for daily driver with hard driving. If going PS4S try to get BMW star spec.
