Bootloader not detecting Motive Reflex

Can someone help me figure out why bootloader is not detecting Motive Reflex. I followed the installation guide on Motives website and triple checked the wires and count the pins everything is good. Could it be a bad ground or something?

I ended up taking it to a shop turns out I had a bad battery so I got it replaced. They finishing up the install and loading all the files got the car tuned and everything works great. It might be different in you case though
