Good evening everyone, I've been searching for weeks on information regarding installing a downpipe that won't throw off a CEL + would fit into the GPF (EU/GCC spec) cars with the added particulate filter. So far I've narrowed down my search on two exhausts, an FI no CEL DP with barely any reviews and an Armytrix catless DP that many swear by. I jumped the gun on a GPF specific downpipe but I wonder exactly what makes it differ from standard US spec Supras and their downpipes, on Armytrix's website they have posted two models with catless downpipes and catalytic converter simulators (the apparently US specific TOSU-DD and the dreaded European GPF model, the TOSU-6DD).

I really want to keep my catback exhaust system as I'm pretty happy with how the exhaust note currently sounds, but I want more turbo noise and apparently a downpipe is more than enough to increase volume and free up flow, but my issue here is the OPF/GPF which comes after the downpipe, would it in theory seriously hinder my dream of having a louder and more free flowing exhaust setup? Is it risky to just have a catless downpipe but with the OPF as it is? I've made my order almost two weeks ago, I will keep you guys updated through this thread.

Current Mods (cosmetic + mechanical):
MST Intake V2
Carbon Fiber Mirror Caps
Forged Carbon Fiber Spoiler
Carbon Fiber Anti-Wind Buffeting Piece
A plethora of red aluminum fluid reservoir covers in the engine bay.
BMS Spacers (10mm infront, 13mm in the rear)
Eibach Performance Lowering Springs

Mods on the way:
Armytrix Catless DP with cat simulator
Rear Bumper Carbon Fiber Splitters

My car is still under warranty so I will not be flashing the ECU until the warranty period is up, all the mods I've done are reversible and I've even taken it to service with no error, thankfully our dealership is pretty lenient and I do not have to worry about any inspection for vehicle registration until 2026. I'm planning to keep this car looking as OEM+ as possible and to have atleast 500 WHP on pump gas. I'm open to suggestions for what sort of mods to continue this build with.
