Opf/non opf cars?

How do I know if my car has an opf or not? I’m pretty sure we don’t get them here in the Middle East but I wanna be sure before I order this exhaust.

If your country has a mandate to follow Euro6 or equivalent emissions standards, then most likely your car has an OPF filter on the catalytic converter and exhaust system.

In the US and Canada, we do not have that requirement. That's the biggest reason why the US and Canada got the updated engine in 2021 and the rest of the world still has the 335BHP engine.

You will need a tune to code out the CEL for cars that require an OPF if you swap out cats and/or exhaust systems that do not have an OPF setup.

There’s a way that you can identify if your car has opf by looking for one under the car (no lift required). For what I understand. Only the EU spec cars have OPFs. JDM, and Asia pacific cars come with EU muffler but without the OPFs.

Simple, if your car is EU spec, it has OPF.
US & JP spec owners are lucky to not have that sh*t, so far.
