At the end of the month I will be putting an order in for new wheels. I am a little confused and need a little bit of help understanding offsets.
I have ordered the Burger Motorsports 13mm spacers for the front and 15mm spacers for the rear. This would bring the tires pretty close to flush with the fenders based on what others have said with the stock wheels.
The sales rep recommended going with 19x9.5 +25 offset wheel with 255/35R19 tire on the front and 19x10.5 +32 offset wheel with 275/35R19 tire on the rear. I assume this is plus the 13mm and 15mm spacers.
The rep said I should get a similar outer wheel location to the stock wheels with the spacers. So why does this say the outer position is going to be out almost the 0.5" wider for each of them. Do I not need the spacers on the new wheels? Help. This is all new to me. Am I adding numbers together wrong?
