Custom Wrapped Plates

Got some custom wrapped plates done the other week in Black & White. Yes, it is illegal. Took a little under an hour for two different plates. The guy who did my plates can do alot of different color combinations.

was the original plate originally black/yellow and he just changed the lettering to white or was the plate white as well? is it a vinyl wrap over the entire plate?

The original plate was white with original color lettering. Yes it is a vinyl wrap, plate wrapped in black with white vinyl lettering layered over.
