Do you need to drill for the A91-CF Edition Lip Spoiler?

I bought a used one from someone that sold their car. I was told this only requires 3M but I'm seeing some threads that talked about needing to drill to install the spoiler. Does the OEM version require drilling? If so, I might have been scammed...

Oem does but some sell it and cut them off so only need double sided tape to install

3M tape is enough to hold on most lip spoilers given enough contact area. I've done plenty of 60-130 pulls (in mexico...) with mine and it's not going anywhere.

You'll need to properly prepare the A91 spoiler for it though, getting the contact side as smooth and clean as possible and such.
