Finally following up on this.

I can confirm in my instance that a thick coating of anti seize around the brake disk and hub flange as well as some 5 mil spacers (as suggest suggested by Apex in the BMW forum) resolved my issue.

I've been driving it for a few weeks now with no sounds at all.

Overall, I think this is either caused by the issue mentioned in the TSB or by certain wheel mounting surfaces causing the rivets on the performance brake disk to transmit or amplify some existing sounds or friction. (As alluded to in the other forum)

Hopefully someone finds this helpful!
Extremely helpful as I am lowered with Apex wheels and feeling something similar. Am going to follow up with Apex and a spacer to troubleshoot.

I made this new thread before seeing yours: https://www.supramkv.com/threads/su...t-whiteline-spring-install.22054/#post-354112

I'm glad I found this thread!

I noticed this damn clicking started happening during autocross a couple weekends ago, I thought it was my newly installed end links that were perhaps loose or needed preload adjustment.... however, after retorquing and re-adjusting preload the issue persists.

I have spacers on stock two tone 2021 wheels and my next item to check was removing the spacers and motorsport hardware lug nut conversion kit... I guess I can skip that for now and just keep my exhaust valve always open so I don't go crazy.
