Hello,
Has anyone ever dealt with false knock with these Supras? I've been trying to chase down the source of my knock on light cruise, partial throttle, and WOT. It is very inconsistent. I don't hear anything at all either when it shows up on my logs (MHD+ as "timing delta for knock adaptation"). It happens on pump 91 (ACN 91) up to E60 (E85 mix) as far as I've tested it. I've looked for other threads in the BMW forums and haven't found too much info on it either.
According to my tuner, the logs all look good - other than the knock adaptation & correction values. I've checked the exhaust, downpipe, and motor mounts as of writing this. At this point, I've been told it could be a faulty / loose knock sensor and I have yet to try that.
Mods: DAW UltraFlow X, RP Manifold, PI, LPFP, Intake, Cloned ECU on a '21 3.0. Let me know if you want to see any logs. Thanks in advance!
