Fasten Seat Belt Icon in HUD

Does anyone else get a large Fasten Seat Belt Icon in the HUD (presumably if your seatbelt is not fastened)? I saw it the other day randomly and have never seen it before or since. I have tried driving without my seatbelt to reproduce it and no dice.

I have coded the seatbelt warning out via Bimmercode, so I'm curious.
