very suspect, I could understand not accepting unless buyer pays the 2.9% fee, but no paypal G&S at all is a very bad sign.

keep in mind paypal 1099's goods & services now... which really sucks for hobbyists selling used car parts. So 3% fee + whatever tax rate at the end of the year. Makes me shy away from paypal for sure.

Sure, but you just tell your tax guy it was a private sale, and they fix it up. No big deal. The form is properly a 1099-K

I do have references from the aprilia forums if thats an issue. Ive sold through ducati mainly aprilia and camaro with paypal friends and family.


But This is why i prefer local pick up. Ive been scammed through goods and service. But i have a good track record with aprilia forum.

But like i said i prefer pick up im just trying to have a good rep with supra mk5 forum

So long as you pay by credit card through any of those, you always have buyers protection.

Yup, this is recent though. Venmo is owned by PYPL (full disclosure, I was an engineering lead there for a while), and inherited PayPal's goods and services recently.
