I couldn’t find anything with a quick search for a set up on stock rear quarter panels 12”+

Anyone have any leads or experience

These sound like an absolute pain to make work. As far as I know, fitting a 19x11 with a 305 is pretty much maxing out. I can't imagine a 20x12.5 with a 325. Anyone may chime in and correct me if i'm wrong.

Am I missing something other than needing a little less meat on these tires and dialing in the ride height in the rear

Just because you have seen it done doesn't mean you should. I run 315s on 11" wheels and its a very tight fitment, even with some camber. Don't see how you are going to fit another 1.5".

I'll have some 20x11's on the car for a while and they are on a 295/30. I bet you can do 305, maybe 315, but I would not.

Everything about these specs is wrong. Youll spend more trying to make them fit than just buying a properly sized set.
