Stopped by seller's house and didn't see seller or Maxton lip. It wasn't in the garage or in the backyard. This must be a scam.

There was cake on the counter though. Nice bonus for my wasted trip.

You shouldn't have left the backdoor unlocked. Also, while I was looking for the lip I ran across this pic of your dog. Never seen a dog like these before. Must be one of those exotic breeds.

Be thankful it was only the cake that was stolen. Usually those looking for unlocked backdoors end up being a turd burglar.
