Hand written number under door panel.

Took my door panels off today to sound deaden Found a #6 hand written w something from the factory. Now I do have an a91. Wondering if they possibly numbered them. Enclosed are pics.

Definitely not. More than likely a number for something involving assembly like the 6th door on a rack or something.

Probably quality guys checking things? Could be the 6th area that required touch-up and guess it didn't get taken care off. Lol

Nice to see such excitement with a chalk. Assembly line workers should put easter eggs around the car. I know some OEMs do so.

Just part of the manufacturing process. You'd be surprised about all of the numbers and random things wrote throughout that you're not supposed to see. It's an assembly line it's not door 6 for hole 6 etc. Could mean a variety of things for quality check, inspection etc.

I like it. Lol. I just thought it was cool. And being I have a refraction blue version. I was curious if that was how they numbered them. I get it, seems foolish. But I figured you all would like to see that anyway
