has anyone else had this problem with h&r springs before? My drivers side spring keeps rubbing on the vehicle and I’ve went back tried fixing it twice? Not sure what the problem is. Would appreciate any input.

His much camber are you trying to run. With stock strut springs and camber plates you cannot go much max -2.6 or 2.8 or they will rub.

Assuming your car is stock except the spring, it seems like spring was not seating center or strut assembly is standing absolutely perpendicular to ground may be even leaning toward inside.

typical issue with spring installation - not related to this issue - is that perch rubber is not perfectly aligned with the end of the spring. Having this aligned will center the spring as well. check before and after installation to make sure because rubber may come off during installation.
