HELP WITH MIRROR

I’m putting on mirror caps and i did one side just fine but my passenger side mirror fits but the gap causes the motion of the mirror to not work any help on this ?

it’s clicked in properly but there’s gap on bottom and it’s touching on top where the drivers side is flush with the bottom and gap on top

I would take the mirror out. Adjust the controls and see if you can get it in the middle, then click mirror back in.

I did the same thing, it was from prying at the bottom of the mirror too much. I had to push down on the bottom of the glass some once installed to get the mirror back into position to engage the adjustment.

Try pushing on the bottom of where it attaches to get it to click back down some.
been trying for past hour no luck when try push it down it the whole mirror comes off

What they mean is to try adjusting the mirror bracket without the mirror attached to the car. Try to align it with center (push in on the bottom until it clicks back).

Yes. Thats what the motor is attached to. You pushed it to for up and it's out of whack. Push on the bottom of that to pop it back into alignment then try adjusting the mirror again
