HKS Stainless Steel Exhaust - Catless Downpipe Pairings

I am currently running a Active Autowerks catted downpipe with my HKS stainless Exhaust. Love the sound but ready for something a bit louder. Figured I'd keep the AA on the side when it was time for inspections. Are all catless downpipes created equal? Is there a go-to pairing for HKS? Looking at this CTS on vivid for $284.

If you have a 2021+ untunable model, I would probably go with Armytrix or Kenji Garage catless for no CEL.
