Its really weird to see the hate here. NO funny car has anything to do with its counterpart, besides the name on it. I guess we should stick to the Camry? Same in NASCAR, all the hate on the Supra. I think this is cool. cant wait to see it on track as i watch NHRA after Moto GP, F1, and NASCAR (if its a track i like i dont watch the 1.5 mile tracks)

I totally agree! I hope they do the testing here in Pomona California.
That way I can see it in person. There is nothing close to a top fuel car take off and pass, except a F16 or F22 take off. Nothing like it in the world!

I spent most my teens and early 20's at a local drag strip in the middle of Texas, thought i seen, heard it all. A co worker took me to Ennis Tx at the Texas Motorplex for my first NHRA race... like you said nothing like it in the world. you feel it along with hearing it.. I took my best friend here in Vegas and had the camera on him. he thought the burn out was something special. The look on someone's face when they fly by for the first time is priceless. I havent been since they went 4 wide, kinda boycotting the place as its run by some really shitty people. BUT i really wanna get a slip for the Supra lol, official instead of dragy.
