JDM Import: Multimedia Options

Hi all, just a quick question. So I’ve just received my 2020 Supra over the last week. The vehicle was personally imported from Japan so this means that my FM band is limited to Japan’s bandwidth and GPS mapping on idrive.

Ive checked with our local BMW dealership to utilize their services and have offered to pay them however they’ve politely decline to entertain a “Toyota” although it’s technically a BMW.

Any ideas appreciated.

Go to a Toyota dealer. They won’t know what to do and they will contact BMW.
it’s a dumb process but it has to be done.
