So with the recent press release about the 2022 A91-CF special edition, talk about what and why you like and dislike each year's differences. I'll start with my 2021 A91....

1. Refraction Blue! Best color ever, pictures don't do it justice!
2. HP increase over 2020, and oil consumption has not affected me like some 2021's.
3. The 2020 and some 2021's are tunable. I lucked into getting an early production 2021 A91 tunable unicorn. Doubt 2022 will be tunable either?
3. Really like the red interior for 2022 CF, as I also loved the red for the LE. Blue stitching for my A91 was definitely a selling point getting a Refraction however.
4. CF looks great, but for me is preferred in small doses. I actually could not wait to get the spoiler as an accessory on my A91 that was CF painted.
5. We all get the same matte black wheels which look amazing, but would have liked to see 2022 get maybe something new?

Anyway, just wanted to show my appreciation for all the special editions over the years as each have something a little different that will appeal to individuals out there. What are your thoughts?

A91 in Refraction Blue is easily the best looking Supra out there. The black and red interior of the A91 CF is awesome looking though. Would actually look really good in a Refraction Blue car.

I completely agree with what you said here. Also very jealous that your a91 is tunable, just curious what is the exact date of your ecu?

I have sadly, an untunable a91 edition in nocturnal black. I love the fact they are doing limited editions each year. I only wish the colors they used were only on those limited editions; like the refraction blue. I also wish my a91 was able to get the red interior. It would look so much better than the blue stitching with the black, imo

You can use the Jb4 on the new version, but a flash tune will not work yet.
it takes a while before ECUs can be unlocked
I wish it was soon ? I have a titan protune, but thinking of going for the jb4 eventually. And also torn waiting on the new m2. If the the supra isn't cracked by next year, I may trade the supra in. Since I'd be pretty much locked at what I can do without a tune. Are there any stand alones yet?

The A91-CF edition might not have the HUD like the A91 premium does...double check before ordering.

My thought is it is still not enough for me to buy my 2nd Supra. I'm going to wait for the facelift. I want a white one parked next to my black one. This is like having a huge jar of chocolate chip cookies and eating it too... while both my middle toe fingers points at my neighbors. Actually I can't do that..

We still dont know that Refraction isnt coming back as a 2022 Color... It would be really weird if Toyota didnt offer some sort of Blue color for 2022. I expect them to continue Refraction, or bring back Downshift Blue.
