I used LeatherNu on a leather chair. You sand the scuff down and then use a special glue to repair any deep cuts. Looks like you only have gouges/scuffs. Then you need to mix the various colors based on their guidance to get a close match, and then paint it on. Wasn't perfect, since my leather was varied and pull-up type. But the steering wheel leather is uniform, so probably easy to get close to perfect.
