OBD Link CX and Bimmercode for different cars

Hi guys,

Probably asking a stupid question, and apologies if I am, but can you use the obd link cx adapter and bimmerlink/bimmercode to code different cars?

I've used them multiple times on my Supra however the family recently bought an F20 BMW 118D and would like to code some features to it also. Are the apps and obd link locked to my Supra or can you use them on multiple BMW cars?
