OEM navigation activation in Europe >> issue with activation key

I purchased my brand new Supra from a dealership located a few hours of drive from my place. Unfortunately, they haven't activated OEM navigation. There's an info on the screen saying "to unlock navi, place a USB stick with a correct activation code". I used manual "MapActivationGuide_PL" and via www.supramapactivation.com I sent a request to activate navi (to generate the key). I've been waiting for the key for 5 days now, it was supposed to arrive after 3. Local Toyota dealer informed me that they can activate my navi but I must have this key generated through mentioned website. I have already placed a support ticket on Toyota-Tech.eu and they have informed me they are working on it but I have no idea how much time they would require to solve this issue. Has anyone experienced similar issue with key generation and can help?

tl;dr: Navigation is supposed to be activated during PDI via ISTA and needs to be done by a dealer.

I have the same problem with mine and got ghosted by my closest dealer over an hour away. I ended up buying map activation from Bimmer-Remote, but am waiting to get my ECU back from Femto before I can confirm if it works

Thank you for the links, now I know it can be solved. I'm trying to make the dealer fix this problem, they created, involved also Toyota Poland for support, since I see no one is rushing to help in this matter. As always, they kiss your as* before you buy the car, once you bought it, you're on your own ... ehhh.
