Don't forget to paint the bolts. If you go to the trouble to paint the aluminum or get aftermarket bars, get a little rostoleum on them bolts. An extra minute with the rattle can and drink a beer and watch the game before you bolt her back up.

I disagree, because the contrast looks more factory-trick, and mostly because after the paint dries, the moment you put a socket on them you'll f*ck up the paint at the pressure points. It's hard enough to not leave marks on them with a socket in their raw finish..

Wrap the OEM ones in carbon until you get better ones. mine look flawless
