I installed the hypermax adjustable springs and for some reason the rear wheel gap is different by .25 inch from driver to passenger side … was curious if others have the same issue.

I checked the perch and both sides are set the same. Also, I didn’t adjust it and installed as it came from the hks. Thoughts?

Here's a tip when you modify/add/update something on a car, motorcycle or any device really. Whenever possible establish a "baseline" for want of a better term so you have a reference point if questions arise after the Mod or change.
So it would have been good if you measured the ride height at each corner before fitting the new springs and then you would be able to narrow down where the height difference is coming from. If it was perfectly symmetrical before the springs went in then it's an issue with the new springs or the fitment but it may have been like this before and not noticed and therefor could be an issue with the car itself. Without pre fitment data you don't know.
Having said that and not fitted new springs myself I'd just adjust the ride height to equalise it and let the springs settle in for a few hundred miles and then see what it's like.
