Just got mine delivered today. Hoping to install them this weekend. Any special instructions on installing them?

I did mine last week, just put the supplied 3m tape all the way around the edge making sure to form a seal to keep water out then use the painters tape method to install it

Can you tell me more about this method? Curious. Might be getting these pillar covers soon. I deeply dislike how scratch-prone the black plastic is.
