I didn't have to cut anything. Its a tight fit with the OEM cover and there's a little bit of bulge from the sensor touching the cover but no issues with the cover staying on.

I have same one along with their single exhaust and intake. Great fit and quality. I only trimmed the cover cus it was so pretty to hide
