I ask everyone the same question - but the exhaust sound. What was your take? In a lot of videos it sounds rather bland and muted.

It is a bit. Yeah you get some sound and a few pops but it is nothing compared to the US spec exhaust. The EU one is definitely quieter and doesn't have much of a unique character to the sound compared to the Z4. It's good, but I'll be looking into either getting a US system or an aftermarket one. The videos Webweasel posted are very accurate to how it sounds in real life imo, but doesn't get the pops and bangs which are there.

I heard it first hand today, it is very quiet, you can talk over it when they were revving it
