Looks like he has left the country. He posted this to his FB yesterday. I also heard his dad is pretty high up in the CBP. He may or may not be aiding and abetting. Not sure if anyone can hack the pic and figure out where it was taken. But if it is in a country that has extradition, I would try and seek that option.

I hope everyone is made whole. I also do not buy the wife or ex-wife’s response. She had to have known what was going on. But if this ever goes to court I believe she can be subpoenaed if no longer married to him. So essentially she can testify against him.

There is power in numbers, so all victims should be banning together at this point For a coordinated effort.

I think at this point, you all should know you won’t get a dime back. But what you can do is make sure he does not do this again or make it very difficult for him.

Well there ya have it folks. He is in Thailand living the life on all the money he stole from you. If I get any additional information, I will be sure to pass it along. I hope everyone eventually is made whole. The good news is, If he is still in Thailand, they do have an extradition treaty with the US. I would contact the powers that be and start that process. Cause if he can be extradited, then he can face judgement.

Good questions, honestly I do not know either way. All I can say is, I saw when he changed his profile pic which was just a couple days ago. Whether it is AI or an old pic, I am not sure. Best thing to do is have law enforcement have their forensic analysts take a look at it, and determine whether or not it is legit. Sometimes information like location and time can be determined in the photo data And can be extrapolated digitally.
