SOLVED: BootMod3 Stage 2 flash not working on tunable 2020 Supra.

Thanks y’all, confirmed with BM3 the above steps (stock flash and lock, stock flash no lock, then force flash map) and everything worked great. Still did have to ignore a couple of warnings but flash completed successfully. Not sure what the root cause was but doesn’t matter too much. They were great to work with.
