Supra OEM wheel best tire size

I’m thinking of running this new setup on my stock 19 inch wheels

265/35/19 front NITTO G2’s
295/35/19 rear NITTO R2’s

does anyone think this is a good setup to go with and is safe to drive on?

Performancewise and ideal fit 285/35 is best for an 10 inch wheel. When looks and aesthetics are more important go for the 295/35 but everything wider (305, 315) you should buy a wider wheel.

Edit: the exact tire size / maximum can vary by tire manufacturer and model.

Yep I've been running that combo for a while. I don't think the NT555 RII comes in 295 size though, I have the 285/35/19 which like stated above fits the stock rear wheels. If you're tuned running ethanol those put down the power much better than a summer tire.
