Tampa, FL | Any Good Shops?

I was curious if anyone had good experiences with any shops near the Tampa area. I'm looking to have HKS springs installed and a shop quoted me $800 and a Toyota dealership quoted me $1400-1600. Both prices are pretty high.

If there's any shops you can recommend who have experience with Supra's (or BMW's), and aren't scamming let me know .

I have used Amplified Autosports for years on various cars and they have worked on my Supra a few times now. Always a good experience. My next visit to them is springs as well. They are in St Pete.

im not familiar with the area but Active Autowerke and Foreign Performance Auto are both in FL and pretty good

I went to Vortex Motorsport to do an alignment and had a good experience. They are mainly a Porsche specialist but also do work on other vehicles, so could be worth checking out for that.

I haven't had a lot of mods installed yet so don't have a go to shop in the area yet.

What was the cost for installation? Had a shop in Hudson quote me 1,602 just for install. I was bringing my own parts.

Mine was around $740 to have installed (still a bit much I feel but what can you do). $1600 is way too much if you're looking to just have springs installed.

The same shop wanted to charge 601.88 for downpipe install and 500 per axle for brake rotors and pads install. Basically a total of 3k with tax. I will definitely keep calling around my area.
