Technical questions. What is this?

Hi guys.

I have a build going on, but I have half a car and I'm trying to establish what things are. I can have a good guess but would like some other opinions.

Some are easy some are hard.

This thread will be added to, as there are many parts I'll be asking about.

Firstly, why is there 2 radiator expansion tanks, and which one does what?

2nd, what is this plug for, near the ecu assembly

2 coolant tanks, because there's 2 coolant systems. 1 is for the hot side of the turbo and engine, the other for the intercooler/heat exchanger.
